These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of primeoutdoorliving.com (the “Site”) and your communications with Prime Outdoor Living (“Prime Outdoor Living,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our services
Prime Outdoor Living designs and builds outdoor living spaces in Northern Virginia, including screened porches, three-season rooms, sunrooms and additions, pergolas, gazebos and pavilions, porticos, decks and patios. Information on the Site describes our services in general terms and may change without notice.
Consultations, estimates and contracts
- Submitting a consultation request does not create a contract or obligate either party to proceed.
- Consultations and estimates are provided free of charge. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and are not final until included in a written agreement.
- Any project is governed by a separate written contract signed by you and Prime Outdoor Living. If that contract conflicts with these Terms, the contract controls.
- Budget ranges, timelines and photos on the Site are for general information and are not a promise of price, schedule or result for any specific project.
Text message program
Our consultation form has two separate, optional SMS consent boxes. By checking the non-marketing box, you agree to receive text messages from Prime Outdoor Living about your inquiry and project, including appointment reminders and project updates. By checking the marketing box, you agree to receive marketing text messages from Prime Outdoor Living. Each consent is optional and independent, and neither is a condition of purchase.
- Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or call 703-214-7700.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you contact us. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, access it by automated means for improper purposes, or submit false or misleading requests.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, photographs of our projects, logos and design, belong to Prime Outdoor Living or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reuse or distribute them without our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as our online booking page and social media profiles. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Warranties for construction work, if any, are provided only in your written project contract and by product manufacturers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Outdoor Living is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This section does not limit any rights you have under a written project contract.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute related to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
